Edu Marketing Internship

Job Summary

As a member of the Edu Marketing Communications team, you will participate in team meetings, support several synergistic programs that serve our academic customer base and collaborate with adjacent teams including Creative Services, Web Operations, Education Sales, Marketing Programs and others. This internship will enable you to utilize your writing and organizational skills on a diverse set of projects using applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Web

• Draft content to internally promote education marketing activities and milestones
• Research and compile data to grow our academic programs (Book Program, Academic Support, Webinars, Social Media, etc.)
• Prepare materials for tradeshows and conferences
• Tabulate evaluation results for special events and projects (e.g. Student competition training sessions).
• Update and maintain team SharePoint Web site with reports & documents
• Manage application process for the Book Program and order promotional copies from publishers
• Special projects as needed

Proficient in  Excel and other Microsoft Office applications and databases

Experience with SharePoint, Twitter, and Facebook a plus
